Modifying/Terminating Website

Synect regularly updates and changes the Website.  Synect may also remove or modify features, functionalities, or stop a service entirely.  You agree that Synect can suspend or terminate your right to access the Website at any time for any reason.  If you learn that Synect suspended or terminated your right to the Website you agree not to try to access the Website again without Synect permission.

Synect will use reasonable commercial efforts to keep the Website available on a 24/7 basis, subject to necessary scheduled downtime for maintenance, unscheduled maintenance and system outages.  Synect cannot promise that access to the Website will be uninterrupted or available at all times.  Synect assumes no liability or responsibility for any delay, interruption or downtown.

Miscellaneous

If any part of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that part will be severed from these Terms, and the rest of the Terms will remain intact.  If Synect does not enforce any provision of these Terms, that will not be considered a waiver of Synect’s rights.
